finding scale proportions math activities

Hello all, I have a very important test coming up in math soon and I would greatly appreciate if any of you can help me solve some questions in finding scale proportions math activities. I am reasonably good in math otherwise but problems in logarithms baffle me and I am at a loss. It would be extremely helpful if you can let me know of a reasonably priced software that I can use?

Algebra Helper really is a great piece of algebra software. I remember having difficulties with adding matrices, subtracting fractions and conversion of units. trigonometric functions, function range and graphing circles were a nightmare for me until I found Algebra Helper, which is really the best algebra program that I have come across. I have used it through several algebra classes – Remedial Algebra, College Algebra and College Algebra. Simply typing in the math problem and clicking on Solve, Algebra Helper generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my algebra homework would be ready. I highly recommend the program.
