Course Description from Catalog:
Math 0308: Topics for all formats include basic algebraic operations,
elementary equations,
laws of integral exponents, factoring and radical notation, rational expressions
and an
introduction to the Cartesian coordinate system . This course carries
institutional credit but
will not transfer and will not be used to meet degree requirements.
Math 0310: Topics for all formats include special products and factoring,
rational expressions
and equations, rational exponents, radicals, radical equations, quadratic
equations and
complex numbers , an introduction to the function concept and graphing, equations
of lines
and linear systems . This course carries institutional credit but will not
transfer and will not be
used to meet degree requirements.
Prerequisites:
Math 0308: You should have satisfied one of the following criteria before
registering for this
