Homework Assignments from Number Power 2.

Each quiz is worth 100 points. The total number of points available from homework is
102, but the homework is weighted double when grades are calculated , that is, it is
worth 204 points, roughly the same as 2 quizzes.

Note: The correct answers are in the back of the book on pages 169-178. I want you
to show the steps you take to arrive at the correct answer.

These are DUE at the beginning of the class on the day when we have the following
quizzes. If you have a problem with the homework you can ask questions before the
quiz.

 Quiz # Problems on pages 8-10 Problems on p58-59 Points 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 1-6 7-11 12-16 none 17-22 23-29 none none 1-6 7-11 12-16 none 17-22 23-29 none none 12 10 10 -- 12 14 -- -- Quiz# Problems on pages 60-61 Problems on pages 94-95 9 10 11 7-14 15-19 20-24 11-16 17-21 22-26 14 10 10 Quiz# Problems on pages 96-97 Problems on pages 121 12 1-5 7-11 10 ---- 102

Total points

But note that the homework points count double when grades are calculated, so 204
points toward your grade can be earned by doing all the homework (correctly :-).
